Lea von Martius

Lea von Martius is an Associate Expert for Europe and Central Asia in the Office of the Director Genera at IOM Headquarters in Geneva, where she works with the Senior Regional Advisors focusing on migration policy in Europe, Central Asia and the Mediterranean. Her expertise include European migration and asylum policies, labor migration, and migration governance processes. She has over six years’ experience in international organisations, NGOs, government and private sector.

Lea holds a MPA from Columbia University/SIPA, a Master’s degree in international law from SOAS University as well as a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Vienna University of Economics and Business. She is a German national.
