IOM Ireland carried out a rapid policy survey in May 2020 in partnership with Ireland’s Department of Justice and Equality, with the objective of gaining a comprehensive view of policy measures taken by Ireland in response to the COVID-19 pandemic from a migration governance lens. This report examines the extent to which migrants and asylum seekers in Ireland have been included in the Government’s policy responses to the pandemic.

The International Organization for Migration (IOM), through the Western Hemisphere Regional Migration Capacity-Building Program covering Mesoamerica and the Caribbean, has developed the present study in order to provide an updated description of extra-regional migration across the Americas.
Effective migration management requires some degree of anticipation of the magnitude and nature of future flows. In response to these needs, two types of approaches have emerged in the literature in recent years: (a) migration forecasts and (b) migration scenarios. This report presents the results of a systematic literature review of migration forecasts and scenarios.
The MIGNEX survey is a central component in the MIGNEX project. Covering 12,500 young adults aged 18-39 in 25 research areas across ten countries, it collects comparable data on living standards, livelihoods, health, education, social protection, infrastructure, security, governance (including corruption), the environment, and migration aspirations and experiences.
The Atlas of Sustainable Development Goals 2020 presents interactive storytelling and data visualizations about the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. It highlights trends for selected targets within each goal and introduces concepts about how some SDGs are measured. Where data is available, it also highlights the emerging impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the SDGs.
