Measuring International Skilled Migration: New Estimates Controlling for Age of Entry
The authors aim to improve 'brain drain,' or skilled emigration, data sets by taking into account whether migrants to OECD countries attained their education or training in the home or destination country by using age at emigration as the determining factor.
